Getting your lovely items to you
We deliver joy across Ireland! Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment. During busy periods like launches or holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we'll always keep you informed. Once dispatched, our couriers usually deliver within 1–3 working days. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout, and we offer free delivery on orders over a specified value, as advertised on our website. Please double-check your delivery address; Bub & Flow cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect details.
Our promise of purity: Returns policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on soaps, gift sets, or personal care items once they have been delivered. We are committed to ensuring every item reaches you in perfect condition, just as it left our hands.

All ingredients are listed on the product pages. Please review them carefully. We recommend a patch test before full use. Bub and Flow is not liable for individual adverse reactions to specific ingredients.
Unexpected twists or questions?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We'll assess it promptly and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. Remember, all Bub & Flow products are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in colour, shape, and scent are normal and add to their unique charm – these aren't considered faults.
